In late 2022 I participated in Green Space's ‘ChromaTone’ exhibition alongside 13 fellow creatives. The email series archived here and launched during February 2023 was part of that work and partnership with Green Space Miami. Although the exhibition has officially closed, you may still view some of the work through their website and socials.

Rather than attempt to provide an exhaustive list of people, places, and organizations doing incredible work in this city, consider this an exercise in remembering and a reimagining!
These emails are an exploration Blackness unmoored from oppression; secure in itself. They are also effort to celebrate Miami projects doing the real work of creating those opportunities. For each highlight, there are monetary and non-monetary ways to support their work and I encourage you to explore as many of those options as possible.
Each playlist is collaborative…add tracks that the theme inspires for you (okay, I’m really excited about this part).
